Great photographs are imperative in today's market.

 

In a buyer’s market, home sellers need every advantage they can to get a leg up on the competition. Often they will offer incentives such as gift cards, money to close, a boat with a waterfront property, cash to redecorate, cruises or sometimes even cars. This may create a buzz about the home, but it won’t necessarily sell it.

In today’s market the main motivator for buyers is price. No amount of marketing will sell a home that isn’t priced correctly to reflect today’s values. Think about it from the buyer’s perspective: Why would an incentive sway them into paying more for a home, when they could buy another with similar criteria for less? A cruise is nice, but how would that validate a 10-50k mark up? Likewise sellers need the property to be absolutely immaculate and have the best photographs possible to showcase their home. With nearly 90% of potential buyers browsing online, and everything just a click away, sellers need the best pictures possible.
