Sand production line is consist by the vibriate feeder, jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor and centrally electric control components and other equipment .to meet customer needs, can be equipped with cone crusher, dust removal equipment. 1, the basic process of sand production line introduction:
   Materials (limestone, granite, basalt, gneiss, river gravel, pebbles, etc.) go through the feeder starting initial broken evenly in jaw crusher, the finished product transmission through the belt conveyor to the fine jaw crusher , the second broken stone transported by conveyor belt to the sand making machine then broken again, tthen the broken stone transported by belt conveyor to vibrating screen. To get the stone with different specifications to meet customer requirements .

the stones at the right size is conveyed to stockpile by the conveyor.the failured stones are transmissioned by belt conveyor return to the sand making equipment again, to creat the formation of closed-circuit..
