1.The rotary kiln’s center height sets should be based on clinker cooling machine’s type and decoration .
  

  
2.The decoration of the rotary kiln’s pier foundation shall comply with the followings:
  
a. The rotary kiln’s installation dimensions should be based on cooling kiln .
  
b. The horizontal distance between pier foundations should based on the thermal expansion sizes .
  
c. The measurement of the cylinder axial’s thermal calculation should set tyre center as datum point .
  
d. The slope of the base surface should be equal to that of kiln cylinder .The foundation pile holes should be perpendicular to the base surface .
  

  
3.When there are two or more rotary kilns , the center distance between two rotary kilns should comply with the followings :
  
a. Meet the requirements of kiln head and kiln end equipment.
  
b. The decoration should facilitate equipment operation and maintenance .
  
c.
