Following is the ball mill technology update introduction: Previously, the feeding of the ball mill machine units the spoon head with the feeder. Due to the clumsy spoon head, the self-weight, the big eccentricity, and the friction and impact with the deposition ore sand when coping down, the ball mill emerges periodic eccentricity load and impact load. Thus the electric motor of the ball mill operates under the varying load situation which increases the capacity and makes the current fluctuates substantially in the variable motion of half cycle speeding up, half cycle slowing down. The periodic eccentric load and impact load have much affect on main bearing attrition, the stress of the barrel attachment bolt, the mesh of the gear wheel and the pinion, and the heat emitting of the electric motor and shorten the ball mill service life.
The adoption of the drum type feeder can solve the previous problem. Meanwhile the innovation should be made to sand return system of the grader, such as lengthen the grader cell body, adjust the established angle, alter the distance between the ball mill and the grader, add the automatic sand return mechanism on the top of the grader so that the ore is discharged from the top of the grader, by the sand return sliuce, the attitude difference automatic flow and the crude ore sluice, enters into the feeder. The updated ball mill machine is of obvious energy efficiency as well as better ball mill equipment reliability and maintainability.
The ore grinding system in China mostly adopts spiral grader. As it is of larger floor area, low stage efficiency (generally 40%), huge maintenace quantity, and high maintenance cost, the hydraulic power is adopted in the large-sacale mining equipment.
Compared with traditional ball mill, the energy saving ball mill fan save power 18-25%, lubricant 70% and cooling water 90%, and comprehensively save energy above 20%. Regularly, it doesn’t need to change the main shaft in 10 years, which will save much maintenance fee and labour hours. Main shaft lubrication uses grease, which is convenient and clean and prevents heavy metal pollution.This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control ) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace , the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard.
